We are a multicultural team looking for a Personal Assistant of Chief Executive Officer!

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO
- Schedule and arrange meetings/ conference calls
- Manage the employer’s calendar and appointment scheduling
- Monitor all CEO’s incoming emails and direct them appropriately
- Prepare, format, and edit reports, documents, and presentations
- Reserve venues for the meetings
- Make travel arrangements and reports
- Perform as a liaison between the employer and employees from all the departments
- Prepare facilities for scheduled events
- Order and receive office equipment
- Run various business errands
Main Requirements:
- University Degree
- Fluent English is a must Oral / Written / Spoken
- Knowledge of Portuguese will be a big plus Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential/private information
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Tact and diplomacy
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong social skills
- Sense of humor
- Proven experience working as a personal assistant is an advantage
