Kayastha Global Associates (KGA), a US-based company, is opening a new office in Kyiv and is seeking an efficient Office Manager to oversee operations and support business expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all communications for KGA Kyiv.
- Establish a new LLC office in compliance with local regulations, in coordination with an in-house attorney.
- Secure an office space (~120 sqm) in a prime central location and manage the lease agreement as an authorized agent.
- Facilitate the hiring process for a diverse team, including professionals in Market Analysis, Real Estate, Medical, and Manufacturing, based on job descriptions from the US office.
- Coordinate with employees to manage assignments from KGA’s US headquarters.
- Conduct in-depth research on business opportunities across various sectors, actively involving the team.
- Provide structured leadership to ensure smooth coordination and workflow.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in any field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Public speaking proficiency, reliability, motivation, and creativity.
- Bilingual proficiency, with fluency in English required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
