Sales Team Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and brand development strategies within the wholesale distribution channel.
- Plan and manage sales targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Drive growth in the wholesale channel by ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met.
- Build and manage relationships with key partners, developing customized collaboration strategies to drive mutual growth.
- Organize and participate in seasonal showrooms, presentations of new collections, sales strategies, merchandising, and pricing approaches.
- Manage stock levels, supervise order processing, and coordinate logistics operations.
- Conduct market analysis, prepare reports, and forecast demand.
- Lead and manage the Sales Manager team with full responsibility for performance and results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing an international brand in Ukraine and engaging with global headquarters.
- Fluent English, equivalent to a native speaker, for daily communication, business correspondence, presentations, and negotiations.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint with the ability to create compelling presentations and deliver them confidently to large, international audiences.
- A proactive and engaged lifestyle with a strong interest in sports.
