A God AI Engineer — Build the Intelligence Behind a New Platform
We’re building a platform powered by intelligence, privacy, and smart automation — and we’re looking for an exceptional Senior AI Engineer to help us bring it to life.
This is an opportunity to join early and take ownership of complex, impactful systems that apply AI in meaningful and creative ways. You’ll be working closely with a small, product-driven team on end-to-end development of intelligent features — from concept to production.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing and building advanced AI features across the platform
- Applying LLMs, embeddings, and ML techniques to solve real-world matching, search, and decision-making problems
- Prototyping and iterating on intelligent tools that improve user experience and system performance
- Collaborating on product vision and architecture from a deep AI perspective
- Continuously improving models and pipelines based on user signals and platform data
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years experience in AI/ML development, preferably with production-level deployments
- Strong grasp of NLP, LLMs, vector search, classification, and related AI techniques
- Experience building intelligent systems that understand users, content, and behavior
- Self-starter mindset — able to work independently and thrive in ambiguity
- Passion for building smart, useful, and scalable systems from scratch
Bonus Points For:
- Startup or zero-to-one product experience
- Experience building proprietary AI systems (rather than just applying pre-trained tools)
- Familiarity with cloud deployment, APIs, and real-time data processing
