Disposition Supervisor with good English skills

To lead the team at our Uzhhorod office, we are looking for a full-time employee.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics staff
• Dispatch and track orders to ensure timely deliveries
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints (delivery backlogs, transport damage etc.)
• Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
• Office Management and Maintenance
• Supervise dispatchers both locally as well as remotely
• Interview and recruit new staff
• Employee development (incl. bonus decisions and disciplinary actions)
• Training of new employees onsite

Requirements:

• Speak and write in English fluently
• Previous managerial experience required
• Willingness to initially spend up to 2 months at our Odesa office for training purposes is mandatory
• Bring initiative and personal responsibility along
• Be an assertive team player ready for independent action
• Have accuracy accompanied by diligence among your strengths
• Be acquaint with the shipping sector and have good general IT skills
• Willingness to occasionally work late shifts (17:00—00:00 + few hours on weekend)
• Knowledge of Polish and/or German will be an advantage
