Вимоги/ Requirements :
- English — Intermediate level is a must. Upper-Intermediate and Advanced levels are preferred.
- Ability to work night shift UA time
- Stress-resistance
- Multitasking
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Organized individual able to prioritize
- Attention to Detail
- Team Player
- Communication, decision-making and negotiation skills
- Fast typing in English

- Schedule: Monday — Friday 3 PM — 12 / 1 AM (UA Time). Available on the weekends IF NEEDED.

Обов’язки/ Duties :
- Checking e-mails, responding to customer concerns and queries in a professional way
- Answering the phone, calling clients, trucking companies, airlines, carriers, brokers, etc.
- Negotiating contract and pricing agreements with carriers
- Booking Shipments, arranging pick ups
- Tracking and updating shipment status to customers
- Maintaining/building strong and positive relationship with customers
- Billing the shipments you handle
