- English — Upper Intermediate level is a must
- Working from office in Ivano-Frankivsk
- Ability to work evening hours Ukrainian Time / second shift
- Stress-resistance

- Typing speed above 40 WPM

- Checking e-mails, responding to all of the ones addressed to you
- Data Entry
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
- Answering the phone, calling clients, trucking companies, airlines, carriers, brokers, etc.
- Negotiating contract and pricing agreements with carriers
- Booking Shipments, arranging pick ups
- Tracking and updating shipment status to customers
